What you need to bring
Swimsuit or suitable attire, closed-toe shoes, water bottle, sun protection, hat, change of clothes, and a small snack if needed.
Starting point: Yak’Ocean base in Sanguinet
For this twilight outing, the departure point is on Lac de Sanguinet, on the shores of Lac de Cazaux-Sanguinet.
This is the ideal starting point to enjoy gentle sailing at the end of the day: the light turns golden, the water calms, and the lake offers a unique atmosphere for paddling to the evening rhythm.

Parking: yes, but it often fills up quickly in high season
Recommended arrival time: 15 minutes before departure
Access
Sanguinet is easily accessible from the Bassin d’Arcachon and nearby towns such as Biscarrosse.
If you are coming in high season, we recommend setting off early for greater comfort.
Safety & practice conditions

Before each departure, the team reminds you of the essential instructions: posture, behavior on the water, navigation rules and adapting the course to the day’s conditions.
Prerequisite: be comfortable in the water and able to swim 25 m.
This trip is suitable for family outings, with the only prerequisite being that you can swim, and it is organised around the end of one tide and the start of the next to make the experience more enjoyable, following the currents.
In the event of unfavourable weather, a solution may be offered: adaptation or rescheduling depending on availability.
