When you arrive, you’ll be greeted, kitted out and briefed on the essentials before setting off. An instructor gives you a quick introduction to the basics: board position, paddle use, propulsion, group coordination and turn management.
You then set off on your own, at your own pace, to make the most of your outing on the lake.

Starting point: Yak’Ocean base in Sanguinet
Meet at Caton beach in Sanguinet.
Practical point of reference: the base is located approximately 400 meters after the Oréades campsite.
For a comfortable start, I’d advise you to anticipate your arrival a little so that you’ll have time for the welcome, equipment and initiation.

- follow instructions

- practice under the conditions provided by the team.

We may ask for proof of identity and a deposit corresponding to the value of the equipment.
In the event of unfavorable weather, the aim is to maintain a safe and enjoyable experience, with adjustments to the outing if necessary.
