Do I need to book in advance?
Can I rent as a beginner?
Yes. A simple introduction is provided before departure, with practical advice for paddling with peace of mind. The only requirement is to be able to swim 25 metres.
Are there paddleboarding introductory lessons?
Yes. For your stand-up paddle rental in Sanguinet, an introduction is offered before departure: getting to grips with the board, stance, balance, safety and navigation advice so you can set off with peace of mind, even if it is your first time. This sporting activity can be done in a 1-hour format (or longer depending on the option chosen), with guidance from qualified instructors.
If you are looking for a more comprehensive introductory lesson (a supervised session), please contact us: we will guide you towards the most suitable option.
What happens in case of bad weather?
Safety comes first. If conditions do not allow you to enjoy the outing in good paddling conditions, we prioritise a simple solution: adapting the format or location, postponing or rescheduling depending on what is possible.
As soon as we have reliable information on how the weather is developing, we will contact you to inform you of the decision and the best option. In some cases, changes can happen late; our aim remains to offer you the most suitable solution while ensuring a high level of service. In the event of cancellation for safety reasons, a postponement or rescheduling is offered depending on availability, once the site is open again in good conditions.
Can I bring animals to go paddleboarding?
No. Animals are not allowed on the beach by decision of the local council, so we cannot accept animals during a rental. For organisational and safety reasons, it is not possible to board with an animal or to come and practise with one on site. If you would still like to walk around the lake before or after your session, we recommend arranging suitable care.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, for half-day and full-day rentals: please bring an ID document and a deposit cheque.
